Owner of hugely successful, well-established Connecticut restaurant opens an exciting and much anticipated new restaurant called "TRUCK" in Bedford, New York.
The restaurant will evoke feelings of nostalgia for an era past, when times were simpler and food was made with genuine, real, wholesome ingredients. We are passionate about supporting local farms, maintaining green practices, and pleasing our customers. We are looking for enthusiastic and outgoing individuals who will share our philosophies about food and service.

We are seeking to fill ALL restaurant positions.
Full time and part time staff. You must have a flexible schedule.
